Equal Education Foundation
For companies

One full-time role in Warsaw supports 5 branches and reaches 1,000 students a year.

We do not pay for courses. Our partners donate those. What we need funded is the work of finding the students who need them and getting the courses into their hands.

The leverage

Why this costs so little per student

Because the expensive part is donated, and the part we pay for scales.

150 zł

What one hour of private tutoring costs a family in Warsaw. Two hours a week for a school year is out of reach for the families we work with.

160 zł

What it costs us to reach one student for a year, all in. A full year of courses with us costs about what one hour of private tutoring costs a family in Warsaw.

0 zł

What we pay for course access. Every platform we work with donates it, under a gift agreement.

Two ways to work together

Money, or your people's time

Both are useful. Some companies do one, some do both.

A targeted donation

You choose what it funds and we report back on that specific thing.

Employee mentoring

Your people give a few hours a month to students who have never met anyone doing their job. For a student deciding whether university is for them, that conversation does something money cannot. We handle matching, scheduling, and safeguarding.

The budget

Where the whole programme's money goes

320,000 zł a year funds 2 full-time roles, which between them support 10 branches and reach around 2,000 students. That is 160 zł per student.

What you get back

What we owe you in return

A report with a date on it

How much was spent, on what, and how many students it reached. Not a brochure — the actual numbers, on a schedule we agree in advance.

Named in how we talk about the work

On this site, in our annual report, and in the communication around the programmes you fund. As much or as little as you want.

A deduction

Donations are deductible under Polish law: corporate donors up to 10% of income, individual donors up to 6%.
