Equal Education Foundation
An invitation · Country Director

Lead Equal Education Foundation in your country.

We give children from low-income families free access to high-quality online courses they could otherwise never afford. In May 2026 our work won the Golden Wolf — one of just 21 awarded that year, often called the “Oscars” of social projects. The model works. Now we're expanding worldwide — and looking for the people to build it.

What we do

How it works

Three steps, one promise: quality learning reaches children it was priced away from.

  1. 1

    Course-makers donate access

We persuade course platforms to donate free access to their online courses.

  2. 2

    Trusted institutions deliver it

We get those courses — free, always — to children from low-income families through trusted institutions like orphanages and care centres.

  3. 3

    Children learn who never could

We're the bridge — we don't build courses or hand out money; we move free access from those who have it to those who need it.

The offer

Your country. Your build.

This is a founder's seat, not a volunteer slot. Here's the deal, plainly.

Your role

  • Build your country's branch from zero — your operation, your team, your impact.
  • Win local companies to donate course access.
  • Reach children through trusted institutions, and recruit a small team of volunteers.

What you get

  • Real leadership experience — not a title on paper.
  • At the milestone: the title Country Director + a recommendation letter with your real numbers — a standout for grad school, MBA, and careers.
  • A place in an international, award-winning movement.

For people who follow through, work independently, and want to build — not just join. The work is unpaid and real — and exactly the kind of experience that makes a CV stand out.
